The struggle with overly complex modern game mechanics
Is it just me, or have modern online games become way too intense? I miss the days when you could just open a program and understand what to do within seconds. Now there are skill trees, inventory management, and endless menus to navigate. I am looking for something that feels more like a traditional mechanical experience but in a digital format. I want to avoid anything that requires a manual just to get started. Any advice for finding back-to-basics gaming?

Long flights are absolutely exhausting for the brain, and I totally agree that movies stop being entertaining after the first few hours. A very simple visual distraction I like to use is the Wacky Panda New Zealand because the animations are super smooth and predictable. It is a wonderfully gentle way to pass the time without getting a headache. You might find it helpful for your next journey.
